Things to do at Mount Norquay

Mount Norquay is the smallest of the three SkiBig3 ski areas and the closest to town, about a 15-minute drive or a free shuttle ride from Banff hotels. Where Sunshine Village and Lake Louise Ski Resort spread across wide bowls, Norquay's terrain is compact and steeper, with a reputation among locals for tighter, more technical runs rather than beginner cruising.

The season runs roughly November to May, and Norquay is one of the few North American areas offering night skiing, typically Friday and Saturday evenings in winter, lift ticket prices generally sit below its two larger neighbours.

Shuttles from Banff hotels are free or included with a lift pass; no personal vehicle is needed, and there is limited day-lodge parking on site for those who do drive up the access road.
